Someone remarked the other day that I didn’t seem to be so viciously anti-Microsoft any more. This isn’t strictly true, but since I switched to using a Mac full-time and I don’t have to deal with Windows every day I don’t get so worked up about it.
Things like this latest virus outbreak are a case in point. It is a bit like hearing about some natural disaster on the other side of the world. You know bad things are happening to other people and you feel sorry for them, but it doesn’t involve you (and you do wonder about why no-one in power takes steps to stop people building non earthquake-proof buildings on top of a fault line).
